We're delighted to share some excellent news with you:the completion of our over-subscribed fundraising round! This success is the fruit of a tremendous outpouring of support and confidence, thanks in particular to theexemplary mobilization ofthe UT Alumni community. A huge thank you to all of you for your commitment and your contributions, which have enabled us to take this decisive step. Now it's time to take action and participate fully in the necessary energy transition.

Looking ahead to 2025 🚀

• First concrete project: launch in 2025 of theconstruction of a methanization unit near Amiens for ourfirst customer.
• Structuring the company: Continued development of OCTOMETHA to respond effectively to thecommercial traction initiated by the40 farmers already interested in ourunique paste-based agricultural methanizationsolution.
• Strengthening R&D: start-up in September 2025 of anew CIFRE thesis, under the supervision of professorsThierry Ribeiro and André Pauss. This research project is part of our drive to push back the limits of anaerobic digestion and innovate in circular systems.
