The Board is responsible for managing the association, and is accountable for its actions to the Board of Directors on a regular basis, as well as to all UTT Alumni members at least once a year at the Annual General Meeting.

The current term began on June 27, 2022 and runs until summer 2025.

President: Nicolas Burger (2015).

Represents the association, oversees activities and ensures that objectives are met.

Vice-president: Pierre-Olivier Assailly (2005)
Assists the President, replaces him in case of absence, and manages specific missions.

Treasurer: Olivier Guillard (2005)
Manages finances, keeps accounts and prepares financial statements.

Vice-treasurer: Ø
Assists the Treasurer and may replace him/her, participates in financial management.

Secretary: Arnaud Laborde (2017)
Responsible for administration, drafting minutes and managing correspondence.

Vice-secretary: Maxime De Simone (2019)
Assists the secretary and may replace him, handles certain administrative tasks.

The members of the UTT Alumni Board of Directors have the following roles:

- Defines the association'sstrategy in line with its objectives.

- Oversees management and ensures that decisions are properly implemented by the Board.

- Makes key decisions on budget, projects and partnerships.

- Controls finances and approves accounts.

- Represents members, looking after their interests.

- Attends meetings to discuss and vote on important issues.

The Board ensures the association's good governance and respect for its values. The UTT Alumni Board is made up of an internal college (20 alumni members) and an external college (6 seats).

Each UTT Alumni Board member is elected for a period of 3 years, or until the end of the Board's term of office.
