The Graduate Program will enable you to develop and prepare for a career within Renault Group in Manufacturing. You'll benefit from a variety of managerial and cross-functional experiences within the Manufacturing professions on the factory floor.
👉 At the end of this Graduate Program, you will occupy a position as Workshop Manager (manager of managers) within SOVAB. You will be responsible for managing several teams (between 70 and 150 employees).
THE MAIN STAGES OF THIS PROGRAM:
- An initial period of 3 to 6 months will enable you to get to know the plant and how it works, and thus build up your network. This initial period will also enable you to train before taking up the position of Manager.
- The second stage lasts from 12 to 18 months : discovering team management. As a Local Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of around 20 people in a manufacturing department of a body assembly or mechanical plant.
- The third stage, lasting 12 months , will involve you discovering activities related to Manufacturing (Quality, Industrial Excellence, Logistics, Engineering, etc.) This cross-functional assignment within a Manufacturing Support Function will complete your initial career path, giving you a global vision of Manufacturing issues.
This experience will open up a wide range of opportunities for you in key industrial positions.
